So I've been here on the beautiful island of O'ahu for a few days of R&R, (that's rest and refridgeration for us penguins.) Tomorrow I get to work telling my story again, this time for the Society of Human Resource Managers of Hawaii, (SHRM-HI.) I'm looking forward to hanging out with the turtles. They look like nice folks. And working on my tan. More later. BTW: The squid here is super!

Two weeks ago, Greg Kaiser and Bill Palladino led a weeklong series of LBC sessions in Cairo, Egypt. ISB Worldwide has just signed on its first international partner, The ZAD Group. ZAD will be taking on deployment of the LBC process in the Middle East and North Africa with initial focus on Egypt. This was an exciting week, starting with trips to the pyramids for Greg and Bill.
