LBC worked like a charm getting 54 people at the job shop manufacturer of 60 people moving to improve their company. The staff from President, BOD member to machinist are working at identifying their fissures, searching for Sea Gulls and pulling together teams to move forward. The class has lead to future business for the community college and our CIRAS (Iowa State Univ) partner. This week we have 6 more staff completing there certification infront of Bill P. Our plan is to have 12 people certified in our 15 Community Colleges in Iowa to train LBC. How is LBC going for you? Grace
