We had a great two-day session with a mixed group of folks from Iowa's higher education systems in Ames this week. The session was hosted by the Des Moines Area Community College and their One-Source program.
The first day included our standard Leading Bold Change workshop experience with about 20 participants. Our host Grace Swanson upped the ante for hospitality by putting together a nice Iowa picnic barbecue on her farm west of town. We all ate good food, got to tour her property, and ride four-wheelers through the fields and forests. What a great day!
The second had eleven participants stay with us for the TTT session resulting in their being licensed to present the program.
Both days included deep and rich conversation about the changes Iowa businesses are facing and how the participants, as consultants, might help and grow the economy in these difficult times.
If you attended the workshop, be sure to visit either of the group sections found on the top left side of this page. There's one group for participants (day one) and another for licensed trainers (day two.)
Thanks for such a memorable experience!
