Two weeks ago, Greg Kaiser and Bill Palladino led a weeklong series of LBC sessions in Cairo, Egypt. ISB Worldwide has just signed on its first international partner, The ZAD Group. ZAD will be taking on deployment of the LBC process in the Middle East and North Africa with initial focus on Egypt.

This was an exciting week, starting with trips to the pyramids for Greg and Bill. They even got to ride camels and wander into the depths of the Great Pyramids themselves. The work-week started with the whole crew leading an LBC session for a mixed audience of some 25 people. Half the room was from a major soft drink provider. They brought their entire Egypt-based leadership team to the event. The other half of the room was made up of a new trainers working for ZAD. This group will be charged with fulfilling ZAD's ambitious goals of rolling out the LBC program around the Middle East and North Africa.

This is me being scolded by Bill during a break. I think he's jealous of my beak.

The second day the ZAD trainers participated in the TTT element.

On the third and fourth days ZAD brought in four groups of major clients. These clients were then delivered the LBC program over the two days, (stretched out from our original single day,) by the ZAD trainers under the watchful eyes of Greg and Bill. Funny thing here was that Bill was charged with evaluating the trainers. So he spent his time running from room to room watching the teams of ZAD trainers deliver to the client groups....in Arabic! What a great thing to witness. All of our hard work being translated on the spot into another language. Fascinating! See the photos and videos section for some views of these great sessions.

Bill also gave a keynote address to 400 Egyptian business dignitaries on Saturday night. If you've ever seen one of these presentations, it's a bit upsetting for the likes of this penguin. Bill has a tendency to throw little stuffed penguins to people who answer his questions correctly. "These are my peops man!"

This is one of the banners advertising the event. That's me along with Dr. Kotter. Notice that my name is much more prominent than Bill's.

The ZAD team built a huge set for the event that was very reminiscent of my home iceberg. It made me feel quite welcome in a place that....let's face it....doesn't see many penguins.

Here's the ZAD team along with the ISB team posing in on the stage after the event.
Our new friends at ZAD truly raised the bar for how we see partnerships developing. They are fully engaged in this process and should prove to help Leading Bold Change make great strides on a global scale.

Thanks ZAD and Egypt for showing this penguin a great time!
